Event Submissions
Submission Guidelines
When submitting an event, you agree that:
- You have the right to submit the event information
- The information is accurate and not misleading
- The event does not violate any laws or regulations
- Any images submitted are owned by you or properly licensed
Review and Approval
We reserve the right to review, edit, or reject any submitted event at our sole discretion. We may remove events that violate these terms or our content guidelines.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding user-submitted content) are owned by CityGuide and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- Event information is accurate or up-to-date
- Events will take place as listed
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
We are not responsible for any events listed on the platform. Please verify event details directly with the organizer before attending.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CityGuide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
